Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. After this period, refunds, exchanges, and store credits are not available.

We offer store credits or exchanges for most returns. Refunds are limited to specific circumstances, such as damaged or incorrect items. For details on refund eligibility, contact us at mulberryhillboutique@gmail.com or refer to the Refunds section below.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please ship returns directly to us—do not return items to the manufacturer.

Store Credits and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and prefer not to exchange it, you will receive a store credit. Store credits do not include return shipping costs. If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer exchanges based on current inventory availability. If the item you need is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

To initiate a return, email us at mulberryhillboutique@gmail.com and specify whether you need a store credit or exchange. Ship your item to: 617 2nd Ave North, Clanton, AL 35045. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive your item, we will contact you within 14 days to finalize your store credit or exchange. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, the item will be restocked without credit, exchange, or refund.

Canceled Orders

Canceled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for damaged items, incorrect orders, or shipping errors made by our team. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation. You will receive a refund notification within 48 business hours. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued exclusively for pre-receipt damage or fulfillment errors.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within one week of the notification email, contact us. Once issued, we cannot reissue or track refunds. For delays, contact your financial institution.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credits.

Defective Items

We source products from external manufacturers. If you notice defects such as loose threads or misplaced seams, email us with photos. We will contact the manufacturer and determine whether an exchange, refund, or store credit is appropriate.

Occasionally, washable warehouse ink appears on garment interiors. Upon your report with photos, we will confirm the ink type with the manufacturer. If confirmed as washable, we recommend laundering the item normally and will issue a partial store credit as an apology. If the ink is permanent or initially represented as washable but proves otherwise, a full refund will be issued.

We apologize for any defects. As a growing business, we inspect items before they reach our storefront, but occasional oversights occur. We work promptly with manufacturers to resolve issues. If we request the item's return, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

Gifts
Items purchased as gifts receive gift certificates instead of refunds, issued after the return is received.

Shipping Returns

Before shipping, email mulberryhillboutique@gmail.com to ensure proper handling. Return shipping is your responsibility unless a prepaid label is provided. For items valued over $75, use tracked shipping or purchase shipping insurance—we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking or insurance proof.
